With my unique blend of People Development experience, the ability to help you create new healthy habits and my Brain Based Coaching skills I’m perfectly positioned to support professional women to get back in control of their careers. I have helped a number of professional women get promoted. How organisations have been formed and structured, unconscious bias, and the recognised fact in society that more women than men have caring responsibilities has all led to women at work not having equality or 'a level playing field' when it comes to accessing and achieving opportunities for promotion and professional development. This has a negative impact on their motivation, career development and on an organisation's equality, diversity and inclusion agenda. I can help by creating a compelling vision for your career plan, help you build confidence, a professional network and a personal brand to become the authentic leader you aspire to be. Inspirational career goals can be broken down in to manageable, realistic, achievable strategies and actions that create a pragmatic 'road map' to get you there.
Coaching Conversations
The Professional Impact Programmes are run 1:1 to provide a bespoke, personal service to help professional women move forward with their careers and get the job they deserve. We will review essential areas such as; personal strengths, growth mindset, confidence, strategic impact and personal branding and creating effective professional networks. All conversations are positively framed to inspire motivation and confidence.
What You Can Expect
Typically 120 minutes delivered on-line each month to ensure accountability and progress. Arranged at a mutually convenient time. You will find that having confidence in your ability to get promoted and help you move forward in your professional life with clarity, focus and direction.
